Lead me along this day’s path, Lord,
and keep me from stalling,
from turning in on myself
and away from others,
from failing to follow
wherever your Spirit leads…
Show me the way
and help me focus on what’s true;
walk by my side, Lord
guiding every step I take…
Then stay with me ’til day is done
and through the night ahead
and when tomorrow dawns, Lord
be there, right by my side,
to walk with me again…
