my fear isn’t fear:
it’s only my failing
to trust in your care…
Sometimes, Lord,
when I’m feeling sad,
I’ve only lost sight
of what makes me glad…
Sometimes, Lord,
when I feel all alone,
you’re right by my side,
just a prayer away…
Sometimes, Lord,
I’m totally lost
and I need you to lead me
home to your heart…
And sometimes, Lord,
when I’ve no words to pray
help me sit in the silence
and listen for you…
